Erika works with clients discovering and investing in homes across Mexico’s Riviera Maya and other international destinations — from beachfront condos and vacation homes to high-return investment properties — offering a high-touch, boutique experience for buyers navigating a foreign country’s market for the first time.
As owner, Erika also guides both clients and agents through the international real estate process, offering insight into market trends, legal frameworks and lifestyle-driven opportunities, and personally trains and mentors other brokers and agents who want to sell internationally. She is fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
